  • Yes! We offer telehealth sessions over google meets. Your clinician will send the link either right on the hour or a few minutes after. We would need to know beforehand so reach out to our front office to let them know that you would like your session done as a telehealth. Please note that your insurance may have a different copayment or may not even cover telehealth so we ask that you call your insurance beforehand as well to verify your telehealth coverage. 

  • We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. You are welcome to call our office to cancel, but if we are unable to answer we require the notice to be written whether as a voicemail, text, or email. For sessions on Mondays we require the cancellation notice before the prior Friday at 4:59pm. Our therapist's time is just as valuable and because of this we have a $100/cancellation fee if your session is not canceled 24 hours in advance.
